Understanding Usage Breakdown
We have split each day into distinct usage periods. This allows us
to control the Quality of Service (QoS) that you receive to be
only of the highest standard.
Monthly Usage Period
is consumed between 8:00am until 7:59pm daily
Free Unlimited Overnight Usage
is from 8.00pm until 7.59am
daily
Free Unlimited Weekend Usage
is from 8.00pm Friday until 7.59am
Monday
During the non peak periods our network is
generally empty, therefore we are able to provide every customer free
usage periods without using up your main peak
monthly usage. An example of using this bonus could be to
schedule Windows Updates, BBC iPlayer/Sky Player downloads or similar
which are generally quite large. Overall giving you more value for your
money.

|
Exceeding Allowances Advisory
If you go over your agreed monthly peak allowance you will still be able
to access the Internet for an additional period of time.
However, both peak and non peak speeds will be reduced to a
maximum of 128 kbps at all times for a further 1 GB beyond your agreed
package allowance.
If the exceeding of an allowance takes place you can continue at
the reduced speed until the usage resets itself, based on your
billing date, or purchase an allowance top-up at any time.
Top-Up Allowances, if purchased, last until it has been used up,
irrespective of how long it takes to use them. In other words,
as long as you remain a customer, any portion of the bandwidth
top-up that remains at the end of each month will be carried
over and available
for use the next month and so on. |

Please Note : Please be advised that payments via AMEX
can be subject to extra handling charges imposed by AMEX directly.

The Small Print and Highlighted Key Facts
* The maximum speed you will received is
dependant on a mixture of line conditions and the distance you
are from your local telephone street cabinet that has been
enabled to support new fibre services. We will automatically
attempt to activate services at the fastest possible speeds, up
to 40Mbps via the use of VDSL2+ technology. Minimum
predicted throughput of 12Mbps is guaranteed with our FTTC
business services.
In all cases we will provide you with an estimated speed that
your line will support prior to agreeing a contract with
ourselves.
FTTC products will not run over any sort of telephone extension
cable. During the installation of the FTTC service the Openreach
engineer will fit a service specific front plate to the existing
NTE5. Where no NTE5 exists, Openreach will install an NTE5
within 3 metres of the entrance to your property. premises. A
data extension kit, of up to 30 metres, is available for
situations where the fitted NTE5 is not located near customer
computer equipment, however there will be a charge for this
extra work (with 1 year warranty).
There is a one-off activation/installation charge of £0.00 FREE (ex
VAT - introductory price). No CPE hardware is provided by Aquiss.
We recommend either the Zyxel NBG460N or Netgear WGR614 to work
alongside the BT supplied Active NTE equipment.
Small Disclaimer : Our business products are still considered
as a trial product, in partnership with BT Openreach. Slight
adjustments and further enhancement to the products are likely
to take place during Q2/Q3 2010.
